
SRI LANKAN FLAVOURS Cooking School & Tours is located on the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne. Owned and operated by Glen and Vicki de Silva, formerly of Bambalapitiya Restaurant, the School teaches clients to cook confidently and easily using spices.
In small groups our classes introduce you to exotic spices and demonstrate how to use them with ease to give your food new flavour and aroma.
Our classes are informal, informative, creative, friendly and fun, covering everything from ingredients to colours and garnishes.
Experience the dishes with us after the class, and taste the flavours of our spice fusion that sing the history of Sri Lanka.

All classes include demonstration or semi hands on tuition, spice sheet, printed recipe sheets and relaxed dining after the class, with a glass of wine to compliment the meal.
Bookings and advanced payment essential. Classes are non refundable but can be credited to another class with vacancies if 24 hours cancellation notice is received.
